4. Eligibility for Support

Support is provided at our sole and absolute discretion. There is no entitlement to receive support. To be considered, applicants should generally:

• Be registered nonprofit organisations or groups with a demonstrable social mission
• Present measurable positive impact plans
• Align with values of collaboration, transparency, and sustainability

We do not provide support for:

• For-profit ventures or commercially motivated projects
• Initiatives without a clear social mission
• Projects that discriminate against individuals or groups
• Activities that are unlawful or contrary to public policy

We reserve the right to refuse, discontinue, or modify support at any time without providing reasons.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, design, layout, and software, is the property of Maurice Willen or its respective licensors and is protected by Swiss and international intellectual property laws, in particular the Swiss Federal Act on Copyright and Related Rights (CopA, SR 231.1).

Mandatory statutory provisions regarding the jurisdiction at the consumer's domicile remain reserved.
